Celebrating the 200th Anniversary of Mary Shelley's classic novel!

Childlike in his innocence but grotesque in form, Frankenstein’s bewildered Creature is cast out into a hostile universe by his horror-struck maker. Meeting with cruelty wherever he goes, the friendless Creature, increasingly desperate and vengeful, determines to track down his creator and strike a terrifying deal. Urgent concerns of scientific responsibility, parental neglect, cognitive development and the nature of good and evil are embedded within this thrilling and deeply disturbing classic gothic tale. Springfield Area Premiere.

*Mr. Shelton appears courtesy of Actors' Equity Association on a Special Appearance Contract.
In October 2018, Nathan directed a wildly well-received stage adaptation of Mary Shelly's classic novel. This adaptation from writer, Nick Dear, was first produced by The National Theater in London and starred Benedict Cumberbatch and Jonny Lee Miller. Nathan's production was a regional premiere, presented with special permission from the author.
